Therapies:
Sharon's massage therapy work includes practical
skills in cranio-sacral, visceral manipulation and lymphatic drainage
modalities. My restorative bodywork
includes practical skills in neuromuscular
somatic education, structural relief (positional release) and mindfulness
modalities. These 'terms' may not have meaning to you until connected to
any given set of symptoms you may be
experiencing.
From our collective experience in training,
practice and living, we understand that many presenting
symptoms, whether assumed to have derived from a particular event
or developed over time, are almost
always psycho-somatic. This indicates both a physical (visceral
or mechanical) aspect and a psychological (conscious and unconscious)
component.
Sharon and I both understand that to
make substantive changes in our own health requires a combination of
helpfulness from others and effort from within. Email us with
